As a shepherd to shepherds, Ed has extensive experience in all aspects of church leadership. He has taught homiletics, hermeneutics, discipleship, and leadership at the seminary level. Most importantly, Ed has actually led churches and mentored leaders for over forty years. His practical application of some profound, but basic principles can help any pastor or church leader preach, teach, and lead more effectively. This is an intensive, ten-step process that involves Ed’s personal mentoring and encouragement of one to twelve leaders.
This process helps leaders discover the shifts that need to happen in their leadership and ministry strategies to experience a high-trust, disciplemaking environment that releases them to their destiny in Christ.
As a former homiletics teacher at a major seminary and hermeneutics prof in a Bible School, Ed is available to mentor pastors toward excellence in exposition and preaching.
